Fibromyalgia as parto of forensic valoration, it is basic for physicians to keep, and universal look of it, as much as its various clinical manifestation, as well to its pathologic mechanism wich deals in its symptoms intensity and evolution. In this view is fundamental recognize its psychiatric comorbility that includes from neurological deterioration up to diagnoses of severe inability. The consecuence is that the boarding of this sickness has to be of the interdisciplinary management, for the determination of a prognosis in the social environment condition of the patient.
