Stenosant tenosynovitis of flexor tendon, popularly called "trigger finger" is a pathology with significative prevalence. It can affect people in productive ages and commonly it`s rellated with laboral activities. It`s very important for health care workers, mainly specialists in laboral medicine to know about this pathology, its production mechanism, its clinical features, its natural history or evolution, its differential diagnosis and its treatment. In this paper we pretend to give basic aknowledgements about "trigger finger" to specialists in laboral medicine for a correct management of this pathology..
