Abstract

In this investigation the issue is stated from the expertise necessity’s point of view that the Costa Rican state has and how would it change the rendering of services before the approval of free commerce trades with other countries, known as TLC, if a privatization of the medical legal expertise is promoted, which implies a serious question: what would be the social impact en case that the medical legal expertise is privatized? Also it would be questioned the following matters: how to guarantee the custody chain with the privatization of the medical legal expertise and which have to be the functions of the Legal Medicine Department?
