The history of moral harassment at the work place, known as mobbing, denotes that it is a scientific and legal concept, which puts its victim in a psyco-social risk. In this investigative essay, we analyze the elements and phases of mobbing, as well as the victim’s profile and characteristics and tendencies of the victims of laboral psycoterror. There is also the documentation of cases done by qualitative interviews about sexual harassment at the work place and how to face a situation of this kind in the juridic context of Costa Rica and ways of denouncing sexual harassment in judicial courts.
