When the Forensic Medic Organism was created in 1965, Forensic Medicature was all ready part of the Health Ministry since 1949. The work of Dr. Solon Nuñez was redirected by Dr. Acosta Guzman, to the Supreme Court of Justice. The English paradigm for Forensic Medicature, was confronted against the German paradigm of Dr. Acosta for the Forensic Medic Organism, this paradigm surpassed that of 1949. There were arrangements and agreements which had to be made, the new was not complete, nor perfect, nor absolute, but it obeyed to a social imaginary institution. The cooperation between both institutes was created in the places were Forensic Doctors from the Judicial Power were not available. When the Legal Medicine separates from the Judicial Investigative Organism (O. I. J) the bridges of cooperation and friendship will over pass the difficulties with the new paradigm permitting to visualize the new kuhnian horizons, where the forensic sciences will be recreated and refreshed.
