The uses of theories a priori is a frequent error in our country for the handle of the trauma and the memories forensic evaluation. In Costa Rica are famous 3 authors, Finkelhor, Summit, and Sgroi, but we do not mention values authors with essential works like Loftus, Ceci and Goodman. Rescue what Finkelhor describe in 1986 like the 4 dynamics presents in kids and abused people and his hypothesis that this 4 dynamics were typical of sexual abuse when they are present together and different from other traumas like divorce. The increase of denounces for sexual abuse in this past 25 years provoke a great pressure over the health professionals, who has been pushed to make front to something we are not prepare. The improvisation that overcame still yet accompanying us, in this essay are going to trait to rectify this improvisation.
