The precipitation of the Costa Rican contraventional rights, gestated by a university experiment and provoked by the sentences of the Constitutional Court; the high percentages of impunity sprouting in the last five years; the increase of the atrocity and the frequency of crimes committed against kids and women; the forgotten and abandoned victims in criminal law and penal processes; the punitive bawdry and the lack of a defined criminal policy in Costa Rica, are the most common factors which traumatize our society.
