Children can be included in clinical studies of treatments, only when the research offers potential benefits to them; the only exception is that his life, health or integrity are in danger. These clinical investigations do not follow a certain method of obtaining acknowledged information. No representative can decide over the life, integrity or health of the child in his/her charge. The child is not informed about the investigation he/she will be submitted to, neither will his/her point of view is taken into consideration; thus, ignoring fundamental rights of the young people.
