Resumen

CASTRO FERNANDEZ, Juan Diego. En Costa Rica: ¿es impune la experimentación en seres humanos?. Med. leg. Costa Rica [online]. 2002, vol.19, n.2, pp.103-116. ISSN 2215-5287.

The investigations of diverse cases of experimentation in human beings at the Social Security Hospitals, which took place by the Legislative Assembly, the Public Ministry and the CCSS Auditory, in the last few years, has not been penalizad and it is not allowed to trace a public policy in this field. My proposal is that it is very important to approve a normative reform that typifies these harmful behaviors.

Palabras clave : Bioethics; humans experimentation; biologic experimentation; forbidden researches; Social Secure; illicits; Penal Right.
