Abstract

In Costa Rica, several clinic investigations have taken place in the medical services of the Social Security without filling the requirements that our legal system establishes. lt is necessary that the regulation of the indemnizatory factor that the people involved in the investigation, like the host, investigator, public or private institutions, have to fulfill and regard, as a configuring element, the acknowledged. information, in a way that the investigation cannot be made if they do not give the respective accountability to pay for eventual mistakes, lesions and ever death of the subject of the investigation.
