Abstract

CHAMORRO CALVO, Coralia. Del proceso de Nüremberg a la conciencia de género. Med. leg. Costa Rica [online]. 2002, vol.19, n.2, pp.87-91. ISSN 2215-5287.

Ideologies help develop myths destined to polarize our affections, solidarity (national or community), evasion of reality and irracional world vision. The Nazi ideology of superiority inspired medical researches in living human beings, generating this way an a posteriori juridical process that established the essential principles of protection of the peoples participating in those researches. Ignoring the actual regulations for this type of experimentation, there are, still today, differences that generate injustice, which is possible to avoid using criteria strictly related to genre perspectives.

Keywords : Nuremberg Codes; informant acknowledge; clinic investigation; woman; women exclusion; gender; human researches; menopause; pregnancy; bioethics.
