The esthetic injury is a not standarized criteria in our country, for that razon we apply foreing technical criteria. These reflections want to invite to our Forensics and Similars Professionals to access concrete data of our forensic reality. This juridic concept of esthetic dammage is important in the civil and penal process, considered like an extrapatrimonial damage, yet your peritation shows a problem of the subjectivity of his estimation.
