Family Law has the characteristic of being spreadout in many normative bodies. In this essay we try to do an inventory of those texts. Because the fact that other courts try family issues, we try to propose a procesal law in this matter. Adittionaly, we insist in the need of a new mentality for the lawyers and the law drivers trying to solve the family troubles without having winners and losers, instead trying to handie the conflict with the help of social and medical science.
