The medical expert, wharever his especiality maybe, including the Forensic Medical Expert, is subject of criminal and civil responsability. This essay analites defferent Legislations which regulate the expert. He can be put in prison from one to five years if he affirms something false or if he doesn't say the truth, completely of in part. This essay also talks about the state`s responsability for the criminal conduct of an official expert.
