The top secrets can not only be determined by the revelation of the confident but also with the objective fact of the expert itself, where it is established that everything exceding the expertize object should be kept in secret even thought its irrelevant. A secret is the acquired knowledge , not minding in what way , if it was revealed by the subject or if it was the result of an accidental or intentional discovery. To publish professional information that can cause any kind of harm or damage to the person, physically, movil, inheritance, etc. ti is a felony even if the kind of damage is different from the previous ones. In medical expertize it should only be designated what is requested for.
