Every time takes greater force the clasification of drugs, which are divided in psichotropics and stupefacients, and in Costa Rica a new classification has been added:  inhalable sustances. A light definition of what a drug is and the difference between the indispensable sustances for the organism like the water, oxigen and food which are necesary for life.Every time the number of fiscalized sustances is greater in the world, and that is considered a crime in some ocassions. International agreements that must be approved by the nations demand that be previous specification of the material object of the crime. Design drugs are those that by any change done within a lab about its molecule, have in the majority of cases secundary effects greater than those found in the "mother drugs", but because they are not on the list of fiscalizated drugs in the moment these appear, it allows that while the new drug is added to the list those people involucrated don’t get he deserved punishment causing great damage in the Public Health and the individual’s for a long time. Costa Rica sadly doesn’t escape this reality because the "dealer" will always be a step ahead with new design drugs causing great damages, while these drugs are slowly place on the list of fiscalizated drugs. There are possible solution, among them to include in the lists of international agreements and regulations, new terminology that includes possible variations of the molecules of the fiscalizated sustances.
