A case study presented here shows that although the first findings (declarations, cirminalistic reports and forensic chemistry) indicated an atypical suicide, the report of bullet trajectory suggested otherwise. A suspect was then arrested for 60 days, until exhumation proved that the experts had erroneously identified which was the entrance orifice.
