CMML was diagnosed in an 86 year old patient, with ischemic cardiopathy, by means of cytomorphology, cytochemistry, an flow. cytometry a CMML was diagnosed. It was very suggestive the bone marrow finding of hiperploidal megacariocyte, anular ridero-blasts and hipercelularity. The evolution of the patient follow the expected pattern of this refractary displasia.
