A hidrops fetalis case produced by anti M is reviewed here. The product was spontaneusly aborted at four months pregnancy. It was the second pregnancy for a women without complications with her first child.     The mother’s serum was absorbed on DEAE-Sephadex A-50 in order to eliminate a positive interference from IgM. The serum titer was 1/512 one week after abortion and 1/8192 six months later.
