Abstract Cholecystogastric fistula is an anomalous communication between the biliary tree and the gastrointestinal tract. We report the case of a 57 year old male, without relevant past medical history, who arrived at the emergency room with abdominal pain and fever. An endoscopic study showed a biliogastric fistula. He underwent a laparotomy and a cholecystogastric fistula was confirmed. An cholecystectomy and fistula repair were performed. The patient did very well after the procedure.

Keywords : Cholecystogastric fistula; endoscopic diagnosis.
