We herein report a case of polyorchidism which is a very unusual condition. There have been only about 70 cases reported in the literature. It may result from the transverse division of the urogenital ridge. Accompanying disorders include: mal descended testicles, inguinal hernia, varicocele, testicular torsion and testicular tumors.
