Rupturas is a bi-annual digital magazine of the Center for Research in Culture and Development (CICDE). Our Center focuses primarily on the study and research on the processes of socio-cultural, economic and political change in our current societies, and seeks the formulation of proposals that provide advanced and democratic answers to the challenges that such transformations pose.
