Humanidades: Revista Humanidades aims to disseminate academic research in the field of humanistic, scientific and artistic studies; promote reflection on general studies that focus on human thought and pursuits. In this way, the journal aims to encourage interest in humanity’s construction of itself. The target audience is the international community of researchers, undergraduate and postgraduate students and scholars (scientists or artists) who have a permanent or specific interest in the topics and approaches of humanistic studies. It is a peer-reviewed and open access publication.

Its abbreviated title is Humanidades, and it should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, references and bibliographic strips.
