Focus and Scope

The object of which is to disseminate basic or applied geological and geo-scientific research carried out in Central America and the Caribbean or is of general interest in this area.

Peer Review Process

Articles will be reviewed by at least one external referee and by the Editorial Board, which shall decide whether to publish it. The authors are solely responsible for the topic of the manuscript submitted for publication.

Its abbreviated title is Rev. Geog. Am. Cent., and it should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, references and bibliographic strips.

The articles published in Revista Geológica de América Central are indexed or summarized by:
